About the role

DataPro Services is revamping the performance and reliability of its customer‑facing mobile services. We need a React Native developer who can diagnose bottlenecks, refactor critical modules, and implement robust error handling to ensure a seamless user experience across Android and iOS.

Key responsibilities

• Profile and optimize existing React Native code for speed and memory usage
• Rewrite network layers using best‑practice patterns for reliability
• Implement automated performance tests and monitoring hooks
• Collaborate with QA and backend teams to validate end‑to‑end stability
• Document changes and guide junior engineers on performance best practices

Must-have skills

• Strong expertise in React Native and JavaScript
• Deep understanding of Android and iOS native modules
• Proven track record of performance tuning in mobile apps
• Experience with profiling tools (Flipper, Android Profiler, Instruments)

Nice to have

• Familiarity with TypeScript in React Native projects
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for mobile builds
• Experience with Redux or MobX state management
