Senior UI/UX Designer for Food & Beverage Enterprise UI/UX Redesign Project

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team for an Enterprise Food & Beverage UI/UX Redesign Project. This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading company in the industry, transforming their digital presence and enhancing the user experience for their customers.

Project Overview:
The goal of this project is to redesign the current UI/UX of our food and beverage enterprise's website and mobile applications, providing a more streamlined, intuitive, and visually appealing experience for our customers. The redesign should reflect the company's brand identity and values, while also incorporating the latest design trends and best practices.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and analysis to identify pain points and areas for improvement
- Develop and design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for the website and mobile applications
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless integration of designs into the existing systems
- Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI kits
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback from users to inform design decisions
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences
- Develop and maintain design documentation, including design rationale and decision-making processes

Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design
- Proficiency in Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or other design tools
- Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and design thinking
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with design systems, style guides, and UI kits
- Familiarity with front-end development principles and technologies
