About the role

NovaForge Tech is expanding its B2B platform with a multi‑tenant feature delivery pipeline. We need a CI/CD Pipeline Engineer to design, implement, and fine‑tune automated workflows that support rapid, isolated releases for each tenant while maintaining platform stability.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and build end‑to‑end CI/CD pipelines on AWS for multi‑tenant deployments.
• Containerize microservices using Docker and orchestrate them with Kubernetes.
• Integrate automated testing, security scans, and performance benchmarks into the pipeline.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define release criteria and rollback strategies.
• Monitor pipeline health, troubleshoot failures, and continuously improve throughput.

Must-have skills

• Proven experience building CI/CD pipelines for SaaS products.
• Strong command of Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services.
• Deep understanding of DevOps principles and automation tooling.
• Ability to script in Bash/Python and work with Git repositories.

Nice to have

• Experience with Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Familiarity with multi‑tenant architecture patterns.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools like Prometheus or Grafana.
