About the role

We are launching a security hardening initiative for our cloud‑hosted applications. The CI/CD Pipeline Engineer will reinforce our delivery workflows, ensuring every code change meets strict security standards before reaching production.

Key responsibilities

• Design and extend CI/CD pipelines to embed static analysis, secret scanning, and container image hardening.
• Automate policy‑as‑code checks within GitHub Actions or GitLab CI.
• Collaborate with security and development teams to define remediation workflows.
• Maintain reusable Terraform modules for secure pipeline infrastructure.
• Document best practices and provide knowledge‑transfer sessions.

Must-have skills

• Proven experience building secure CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong grasp of Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services.
• Hands‑on with IaC tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Familiarity with security scanning tools (e.g., Trivy, Snyk).

Nice to have

• Experience with compliance frameworks (CIS, NIST).
• Knowledge of GitOps workflows.
• Background in incident response or threat modeling.
