About the role

CoreData Systems is modernizing a legacy production platform with a zero‑downtime mandate. We need a proactive Cybersecurity Analyst to embed security controls while the system transitions to a cloud‑native architecture.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct threat modeling for the migration pipeline and identify risk vectors.
• Implement real‑time monitoring and alerting using SIEM tools.
• Review and harden container images and orchestration configurations.
• Collaborate with DevOps to integrate automated security testing into CI/CD.
• Perform incident triage and forensic analysis during cut‑over windows.

Must-have skills

• Strong knowledge of network security and zero‑trust principles.
• Hands‑on experience with Python scripting for automation.
• Linux system administration and hardening expertise.
• Familiarity with cloud security best practices.

Nice to have

• Experience with Terraform or Ansible for secure IaC.
• Certification such as CISSP or GSEC.
• Background in legacy system migration projects.
