About the role

CoreData Systems is launching a data pipeline and analytics enablement project for operations teams. We need a DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and automate the infrastructure that powers real‑time data flows and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Architect scalable, secure pipelines on AWS using Terraform or CloudFormation
• Containerize ETL services with Docker and orchestrate them via Kubernetes
• Build CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, deployment, and monitoring
• Implement logging, alerting, and cost‑optimization strategies
• Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to ensure end‑to‑end reliability

Must-have skills

• Strong experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda)
• Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration
• Hands‑on CI/CD tooling (GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar)
• Infrastructure as Code expertise
• Solid scripting skills (Python, Bash)

Nice to have

• Experience with data pipeline tools (Airflow, Prefect)
• Knowledge of monitoring stacks (Prometheus, Grafana)
• Familiarity with security best practices for data workloads
