About the role

Vertex Analytics is launching an integration project that ties together billing, CRM, and internal APIs. We need a DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and automate the deployment pipeline that will keep these services reliable and scalable.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and maintain CI/CD pipelines for multi‑service integration
• Containerize micro‑services using Docker and orchestrate with Kubernetes
• Configure AWS infrastructure, including networking, IAM, and monitoring
• Implement automated testing, logging, and alerting for end‑to‑end workflows
• Collaborate with developers and product owners to streamline release cycles

Must-have skills

• Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production
• Proficiency in AWS services and IaC tools
• Hands‑on CI/CD implementation using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions
• Solid scripting skills (Bash, Python, or PowerShell)
• Understanding of API security and billing system integrations

Nice to have

• Experience with Terraform or CloudFormation
• Familiarity with monitoring stacks such as Prometheus/Grafana
• Background in financial or CRM system integrations
