About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough online research to gather data and insights relevant to client marketing campaigns and brand development.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas of opportunity for growth and improvement.
- Develop and maintain databases to organize and manage research findings, ensuring easy access and retrieval of information.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate research insights into campaign strategies, enhancing their effectiveness and impact.
- Provide support in creating reports, presentations, and other materials necessary for client communications and campaign analysis.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in digital marketing, applying this knowledge to improve research methods and outcomes.

- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and quality of all research outputs, adhering to high standards of professionalism and integrity.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with a strong foundation in research principles and methodologies.
- 2+ years of experience in online research, preferably within a marketing or advertising agency, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality research outputs.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, social media insights tools, and other digital research platforms, with the ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting research findings to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to priorities and deadlines in a rapidly changing environment.
- High level of organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to quality in all aspects of work.
