About the role

NexGen Media is creating a data pipeline and analytics enablement platform for operations teams. We need a full stack web developer who can design, implement, and iterate on both front‑end dashboards and back‑end services that feed real‑time insights.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and develop responsive UI components using React
• Build scalable NodeJS APIs to ingest, process, and serve operational data
• Integrate MongoDB schemas for efficient storage and querying of analytics data
• Implement data validation, error handling, and logging mechanisms
• Collaborate with data engineers to align API contracts with pipeline outputs
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure reliability

Must-have skills

• Strong experience with React and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Proficiency in NodeJS server‑side development
• Hands‑on knowledge of MongoDB data modeling
• Understanding of RESTful API design and authentication

Nice to have

• Familiarity with data visualization libraries (e.g., D3, Chart.js)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments
