About the role

AlphaEdge Tech is creating a data pipeline and analytics enablement layer for its operations teams. We need a GraphQL API Developer who can design, implement, and optimize the API layer that powers real‑time dashboards and reporting tools.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop GraphQL schemas that expose operational data sources.
• Integrate with existing REST endpoints and micro‑services using NodeJS.
• Build data transformation pipelines to feed analytics platforms.
• Collaborate with front‑end engineers to ensure efficient data fetching in React apps.
• Write unit and integration tests, and document API contracts.

Must-have skills

• Strong experience with GraphQL server development.
• Proficiency in NodeJS and building REST APIs.
• Familiarity with React data consumption patterns.
• Understanding of data modeling for analytics pipelines.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS Lambda or serverless architectures.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts.
