Java Developer – Service Reliability

About the role

Orbit Labs is expanding a B2B SaaS platform with a new multi‑tenant feature set. We need a Java Developer to design, implement, and integrate tenant isolation, billing hooks, and API extensions while keeping existing services stable.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and code multi‑tenant services using Spring Boot
• Build RESTful micro‑services that expose tenant‑scoped endpoints
• Write automated tests and ensure high code coverage
• Collaborate with product owners to translate requirements into technical tasks
• Perform code reviews and mentor junior contributors

Must-have skills

• Strong Java development experience (3+ years)
• Proficiency with Spring Boot and micro‑service patterns
• Understanding of multi‑tenant architecture and data segregation
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows

Nice to have

• Experience with container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)
• Background in performance tuning for high‑traffic services
