About the role

AlphaEdge Tech is launching an integration project to unify billing, CRM, and internal APIs. We need a Python Backend Developer to design, implement, and test the data pipelines that will keep these systems synchronized in real time.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and build robust RESTful services connecting billing, CRM, and internal APIs
• Write clean, maintainable Python code using Django and async patterns
• Design PostgreSQL schemas and optimize queries for high‑volume data flows
• Implement authentication, logging, and error‑handling across all integration points
• Collaborate with product and QA teams to define integration test cases

Must-have skills

• Strong experience with Python and Django framework
• Proficiency in building REST APIs
• Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL design and performance tuning
• Familiarity with API authentication (OAuth, JWT) and webhook handling

Nice to have

• Experience with message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka)
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines for Python projects
• Exposure to cloud services (AWS, GCP) for deployment
