About the role

LumenWorks is launching a greenfield SaaS product and needs a proactive QA Software Tester to shape the testing strategy from day one. You will work with a remote‑first team, ensuring the platform meets high reliability and user experience standards before public release.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement test plans for new features and integrations
• Develop automated test scripts using Selenium and maintain a robust regression suite
• Execute manual exploratory testing to uncover edge‑case issues
• Collaborate with developers to reproduce defects and verify fixes
• Track test coverage and report quality metrics to stakeholders

Must-have skills

• Strong experience in functional and regression testing
• Proficiency with Selenium WebDriver and test automation frameworks
• Ability to write clear, concise test cases and bug reports
• Excellent communication in a distributed team environment

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated test integration
• Experience testing cloud‑native SaaS applications
• Knowledge of performance testing tools
