About the role

DataPro Services is launching an integration hub that will sync billing, CRM, and internal APIs in real time. We need a REST API Developer who can design, build, and test robust endpoints that bridge these systems while ensuring data integrity and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement RESTful services to connect billing, CRM, and internal platforms
• Write clean, scalable NodeJS code with thorough unit and integration tests
• Optimize database queries in PostgreSQL for high‑volume transaction flows
• Collaborate with product and QA teams to define integration contracts and error‑handling strategies
• Document API specifications using OpenAPI/Swagger

Must-have skills

• Strong experience building REST APIs with NodeJS
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+)
• Hands‑on PostgreSQL schema design and query optimization
• Understanding of authentication, rate limiting, and logging best practices

Nice to have

• Familiarity with billing or CRM platforms (e.g., Stripe, Salesforce)
• Experience with message queues or event‑driven architectures
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment
