About the role

BrightMart Solutions is seeking a Senior AI Machine Learning Engineer to lead the development of a predictive analytics platform that will enhance product recommendation accuracy. You will design, implement, and optimize machine learning models that process large‑scale retail data.

Key responsibilities

• Architect end‑to‑end ML pipelines from data ingestion to model serving.
• Develop and fine‑tune supervised and unsupervised algorithms for recommendation systems.
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data quality and feature engineering.
• Implement model monitoring, performance tracking, and iterative improvements.
• Document model design decisions and create reproducible experiments.

Must-have skills

• Expertise in Python for data science and model development.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling.
• Experience with REST API integration for model deployment.
• Proficiency in version control (Git) and collaborative workflows.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high‑quality code on tight timelines.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with cloud ML services (e.g., AWS SageMaker, GCP AI Platform).
• Knowledge of MLOps tools for automated testing and CI/CD.
