About the role

LumenWorks is launching a critical product and needs a CI/CD Pipeline Engineer to uplift test automation, cutting regression risk before go‑live. You will design, implement, and integrate automated test suites into existing pipelines, ensuring fast, reliable releases.

Key responsibilities

• Extend current CI/CD pipelines to trigger comprehensive automated tests on each commit.
• Build reusable test frameworks using containerized environments.
• Integrate test results with reporting dashboards for quick stakeholder insight.
• Collaborate with developers and QA to define test coverage criteria.
• Monitor pipeline health and optimize performance for large test suites.

Must-have skills

• Proven experience building CI/CD pipelines for test automation.
• Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes orchestration.
• Hands‑on with AWS services (CodePipeline, CodeBuild, EKS).
• Solid scripting abilities (Bash, Python, or similar).
• Understanding of quality metrics and regression risk mitigation.

Nice to have

• Experience with BDD/TDD frameworks (Cucumber, pytest).
• Familiarity with performance testing tools.
• Background in microservices architecture.
