Senior CI/CD Pipeline Engineer Needed for Infrastructure Automation

About the role

Silverline Labs is launching a security hardening initiative for its cloud‑hosted applications. We need a CI/CD Pipeline Engineer to tighten our deployment workflow, embed security checks, and ensure compliance across multiple environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement secure CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI or GitHub Actions
• Integrate static code analysis, container scanning, and secret detection into the build process
• Automate infrastructure provisioning with Terraform and enforce least‑privilege IAM policies
• Collaborate with security and development teams to remediate findings quickly
• Document pipeline architecture, standards, and runbooks for future scaling

Must-have skills

• 5+ years building CI/CD pipelines in cloud environments
• Deep knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services
• Experience with security tooling such as Snyk, Trivy, or Checkov
• Proficient in scripting (Bash, Python) for automation tasks

Nice to have

• Certifications in AWS or DevSecOps
• Familiarity with serverless architectures
• Experience with compliance frameworks like SOC2 or ISO27001
