About the role
Ridgeline Software is launching a fast‑track CI/CD and platform automation sprint to accelerate release cycles. We need a CI/CD Pipeline Engineer to design, implement, and refine automated pipelines that support rapid, reliable deployments across our cloud environment.
Key responsibilities
- Architect end‑to‑end CI/CD workflows for microservices and containerized apps
- Integrate automated testing, security scans, and compliance checks into pipelines
- Optimize build and deployment times using caching and parallel execution
- Collaborate with developers to embed best practices and troubleshoot pipeline failures
- Document pipeline configurations and create runbooks for hand‑off
Must-have skills
- 5+ years building CI/CD pipelines in cloud environments
- Strong expertise with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services
- Proficient in scripting (Bash, Python) and IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Deep understanding of DevOps principles and release automation
Nice to have
- Experience with GitHub Actions or GitLab CI
- Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Prometheus or Datadog
- Familiarity with security tooling like Snyk or Aqua
