About the role

DataPro Services is launching a critical product and needs a GraphQL API Developer to lead test automation uplift. The goal is to lower regression risk before the public launch by creating robust automated suites that validate API contracts and business flows.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement GraphQL schemas and resolvers with NodeJS.
• Integrate automated tests using Jest, Cypress or similar tools.
• Collaborate with QA engineers to map regression scenarios to automated checks.
• Develop CI pipelines that trigger tests on each pull request.
• Document test cases, coverage metrics, and reporting dashboards.

Must-have skills

• 5+ years building production GraphQL APIs.
• Strong proficiency in React for front‑end test harnesses.
• Deep experience with NodeJS and REST API integration.
• Proven track record of test automation strategy and implementation.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Apollo Server and client.
• Experience with Dockerized test environments.
• Knowledge of performance testing for GraphQL endpoints.
