Senior MLOps Engineer for CI/CD Pipeline Setup

About the role

TechFlow Inc is building a scalable AI platform to serve thousands of concurrent users. We need a Senior MLOps Engineer to design and implement end‑to‑end pipelines that move models from research to production quickly and reliably.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for machine‑learning models.
• Containerize training and inference workloads using Docker and orchestrate them on Kubernetes.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for model performance and infrastructure health.
• Optimize resource usage and cost on AWS services.
• Collaborate with data scientists to streamline model versioning and reproducibility.

Must-have skills

• Extensive experience with Python for scripting and automation.
• Deep knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes in production environments.
• Proficiency with AWS services (EKS, S3, SageMaker, CloudWatch).
• Strong DevOps mindset and expertise in CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Understanding of ML lifecycle and model deployment best practices.

Nice to have

• Experience with Terraform or other IaC tools.
• Familiarity with monitoring stacks such as Prometheus/Grafana.
