About the role

LumenWorks is launching an integration project that ties together billing, CRM, and internal APIs. We need a MongoDB Specialist to design and implement data pipelines that ensure reliable, real‑time synchronization across systems.

Key responsibilities

• Model and optimize MongoDB schemas for high‑throughput transactional data
• Develop ETL scripts to move data between billing, CRM, and internal services
• Implement change streams and triggers for near‑real‑time updates
• Collaborate with backend engineers to expose secure API endpoints
• Monitor performance and conduct capacity planning

Must-have skills

• Deep experience with MongoDB design, aggregation, and indexing
• Proficiency in JavaScript/NodeJS for data processing
• Understanding of RESTful API integration patterns
• Ability to troubleshoot replication and sharding issues

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Docker or Kubernetes for containerized deployments
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for database migrations
