About the role

LumenWorks is modernizing a legacy production platform that must stay live 24/7. We need a React Native Developer to refactor critical screens, integrate new APIs, and ensure zero‑downtime releases. The work focuses on improving performance, adding new features, and aligning the codebase with current best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Rewrite legacy modules in React Native while preserving existing functionality
• Implement OTA updates and CI pipelines for seamless zero‑downtime deployments
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate new services securely
• Write unit and integration tests to maintain high reliability
• Optimize app performance for both Android and iOS devices

Must-have skills

• 5+ years building production‑grade React Native apps
• Deep knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experience deploying to Android and iOS app stores
• Proven track record with zero‑downtime release strategies

Nice to have

• Familiarity with TypeScript
• Experience with native module development
• Knowledge of GraphQL APIs
