About the role

Pinecrest Systems is revamping the performance and reliability of its customer‑facing services. We need a React Native Developer to lead the mobile side of this overhaul, ensuring fast, stable experiences for iOS and Android users.

Key responsibilities

• Refactor existing React Native codebase for speed and memory efficiency
• Implement robust error handling and offline sync mechanisms
• Integrate native modules to boost critical performance paths
• Collaborate with backend engineers to align API contracts and caching strategies
• Write automated tests and set up CI pipelines for mobile builds

Must-have skills

• 5+ years building production React Native apps
• Deep knowledge of JavaScript ES2020+ and modern React patterns
• Hands‑on experience with Android and iOS native tooling
• Proven track record improving app launch time and runtime stability

Nice to have

• Familiarity with TypeScript and Redux Toolkit
• Experience with performance profiling tools (Flipper, Xcode Instruments)
• Background in CI/CD for mobile (Fastlane, Bitrise)
