About the role

AlphaEdge Tech is launching an integration project that ties together billing, CRM, and internal APIs. We need an AWS Cloud Engineer to design, implement, and automate the cloud components that enable seamless data flow and secure connectivity.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and provision AWS services (VPC, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS) for the integration pipeline.
• Containerize micro‑services with Docker and orchestrate deployments via ECS or EKS.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using CodePipeline/CodeBuild to ensure rapid, reliable releases.
• Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting with CloudWatch and X‑Ray.
• Collaborate with backend and CRM teams to define API contracts and security policies.

Must-have skills

• Strong experience with AWS core services and IaC (CloudFormation or Terraform).
• Proficiency in Docker containerization and orchestration.
• Solid DevOps practices: CI/CD, automated testing, and infrastructure monitoring.
• Linux system administration and scripting.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of billing platforms (e.g., Stripe, Chargebee).
• Experience with CRM integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Familiarity with serverless architectures.
