About the role

Cascade Apps is launching a cross‑system integration effort that ties billing, CRM, and internal APIs together. We need a CI/CD Pipeline Engineer to design and implement the automation that will keep builds, tests, and deployments reliable across the whole workflow.

Key responsibilities

• Architect a unified CI/CD pipeline on AWS using GitHub Actions or similar
• Containerize services with Docker and orchestrate them via Kubernetes
• Integrate automated security scans and quality gates into the pipeline
• Collaborate with billing, CRM, and API teams to embed pipeline hooks for each subsystem
• Document pipeline configurations and hand‑off procedures for the part‑time schedule

Must-have skills

• Strong experience building CI/CD pipelines for multi‑service environments
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services (ECS/EKS, CodePipeline)
• Solid grasp of DevOps principles and scripting (Bash, Python)
• Ability to troubleshoot integration failures across disparate systems

Nice to have

• Familiarity with billing platforms (Stripe, Chargebee) and CRM APIs (Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Experience with Terraform or CloudFormation for infrastructure as code
• Knowledge of monitoring tools like Prometheus or CloudWatch
