Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives
  • Provide expert guidance on HR best practices, talent management, and organizational development
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee communications
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and programs
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives
  • Conduct needs assessments and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Develop and manage the HR budget, ensuring effective use of resources and alignment with business objectives

  • Develop and maintain metrics and benchmarks to measure HR performance and effectiveness

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on HR consulting, talent management, and organizational development
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR strategies and initiatives
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in HR software and systems, including HRIS, recruitment software, and performance management tools
  • Strong analytical and data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret and apply data to inform HR decisions
  • Experience in managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
  • Knowledge of employment law and regulatory requirements, including equal employment opportunity and affirmative action
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
