About the role

Summit Digital is preparing a major app store release that requires tight alignment between the mobile client and backend services. We need an iOS App Developer to shape the final product, ensure performance, and integrate seamlessly with existing APIs.

Key responsibilities

• Implement new UI screens and refine existing ones using Swift and UIKit/SwiftUI.
• Consume and coordinate REST API endpoints, handling authentication and error flows.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to define data contracts and troubleshoot integration issues.
• Write unit and UI tests to guarantee stability before release.
• Optimize app performance and memory usage for a smooth user experience.

Must-have skills

• Strong proficiency in Swift and iOS development.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and handling JSON data.
• Understanding of App Store submission guidelines.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SwiftUI and Combine.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for iOS.
