About the role

BrightMart Solutions is expanding its B2B platform with a new multi‑tenant capability. We need a Python Backend Developer to design, implement, and fine‑tune services that isolate tenant data while sharing core logic.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and develop tenant‑aware Django models and services
• Create secure, versioned REST APIs for tenant administration
• Optimize PostgreSQL schemas for multi‑tenant performance
• Implement automated tests and CI pipelines for new endpoints
• Collaborate with product owners to translate feature specs into technical tasks

Must-have skills

• Strong Python and Django experience
• Designing and scaling REST APIs
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL and query optimization
• Understanding of multi‑tenant architecture patterns

Nice to have

• Familiarity with async Python (e.g., FastAPI, Celery)
• Experience with Docker or container orchestration
