About the role

CloudWave Digital is launching an integration project that links billing, CRM, and internal APIs. We need a Python Backend Developer to design, implement, and test the data pipelines that keep these systems synchronized.

Key responsibilities

• Develop clean, scalable Python services using Django to expose RESTful endpoints.
• Create and maintain PostgreSQL schemas for transaction and customer data.
• Implement API adapters for third‑party billing and CRM platforms.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure data integrity across services.
• Collaborate with front‑end and DevOps teams to deploy updates via CI/CD.

Must-have skills

• Strong Python programming experience (3+ years).
• Proficiency with Django and REST API design.
• Solid understanding of PostgreSQL and relational modeling.
• Experience integrating external SaaS APIs.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with async frameworks such as FastAPI.
• Knowledge of Docker and container orchestration.
• Exposure to cloud services (AWS/GCP).
