About the role
BlueSky Ventures is launching a greenfield SaaS product and needs a focused QA Software Tester to shape the testing framework from day one. You will work with a remote‑first team, ensuring quality is built into every sprint.
Key responsibilities
- Design and execute manual test cases for new features and integrations
- Develop and maintain Selenium‑based automation suites
- Collaborate with developers to define acceptance criteria and reproduce bugs
- Track defects in the test management tool and verify fixes
- Contribute to continuous‑integration pipelines with automated test triggers
Must-have skills
- 2+ years of hands‑on QA testing in SaaS environments
- Proficiency with Selenium WebDriver and test scripting
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile practices
Nice to have
- Experience with performance testing tools
- Familiarity with CI/CD platforms like Jenkins or GitHub Actions
- Basic knowledge of API testing using Postman or similar
