About the role

BrightMart Solutions is revamping the performance and reliability of its customer‑facing services. We need a QA Software Tester to design and execute rigorous test suites that validate speed, stability, and user experience across web and mobile touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium
• Conduct load and stress testing to identify bottlenecks
• Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve defects
• Create detailed test reports and dashboards for stakeholders
• Continuously improve test frameworks for scalability

Must-have skills

• Strong experience in QA testing methodologies
• Proficiency with Selenium WebDriver and test automation
• Ability to design performance and reliability test cases
• Excellent analytical and communication skills

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or Gatling
• Knowledge of cloud‑based testing environments
