About the role

BrightMart Solutions is revamping the performance and reliability of its customer‑facing services. We need an Android Developer to lead the code‑level optimization and ensure seamless user experiences across all devices.

Key responsibilities

• Profile and refactor existing Android code to boost speed and reduce crashes
• Implement robust error handling and offline‑first patterns
• Integrate performance monitoring tools and set reliability benchmarks
• Collaborate with QA and backend teams to validate end‑to‑end stability
• Document optimization decisions and create reusable libraries

Must-have skills

• 5+ years of Android development
• Deep expertise in Kotlin and Java
• Proven track record of performance tuning and memory management
• Experience with Android Jetpack, Coroutines, and profiling tools
• Strong debugging and unit testing skills

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for Android
• Knowledge of modern architectural patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture)
• Experience with Firebase Performance Monitoring
