Senior DevOps Engineer Needed for Automated Observability Stack Setup

About the role

DataPro Services is preparing a major app store launch that requires tight coordination between mobile front‑ends and backend services. We need a DevOps Engineer to design and implement the automation pipeline that guarantees consistent deployments, fast rollbacks, and seamless feature flag management across iOS, Android, and cloud APIs.

Key responsibilities

• Build CI/CD workflows for mobile builds and backend services using GitHub Actions or similar.
• Containerize backend components with Docker and orchestrate them on Kubernetes.
• Configure AWS resources (ECS, RDS, S3) to support scalable API endpoints.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for release health.
• Collaborate with mobile developers to integrate build artefacts into the deployment pipeline.

Must-have skills

• Proven experience designing CI/CD pipelines for mobile and backend systems.
• Deep knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services.
• Strong scripting ability for automation (Bash, Python, or similar).
• Understanding of mobile app distribution processes.

Nice to have

• Experience with Fastlane or similar mobile release tools.
• Familiarity with Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Background in performance testing for API endpoints.
