About the role

We are scaling our test automation framework to cut regression risk before major releases. As a DevOps Engineer you will design, implement, and fine‑tune CI/CD pipelines that integrate automated test suites, ensuring fast, reliable feedback for developers.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and extend the existing CI/CD workflow to trigger comprehensive test runs on each merge.
• Containerize test environments using Docker and orchestrate them with Kubernetes.
• Leverage AWS services for scalable test execution and artifact storage.
• Collaborate with QA and development teams to define test coverage metrics and thresholds.
• Monitor pipeline health, troubleshoot failures, and continuously improve reliability.

Must-have skills

• Strong experience with DevOps practices and automation.
• Proficient in Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.
• Hands‑on expertise building CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar).
• Solid understanding of test automation frameworks and integration.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python or Bash scripting for custom pipeline steps.
• Familiarity with performance testing tools.
• Knowledge of security scanning in CI/CD.
