About the role

DataPro Services is launching a micro‑services platform that requires robust container orchestration. We seek a Docker Kubernetes Specialist to design, deploy, and optimize our production clusters. The role focuses on automating infrastructure, ensuring scalability, and maintaining high availability.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement Docker container workflows for CI/CD pipelines.
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters on cloud providers.
• Develop Helm charts and custom operators to streamline deployments.
• Monitor cluster health, performance, and security, applying best‑practice fixes.
• Collaborate with developers to containerize applications and resolve runtime issues.

Must-have skills

• 3+ years of hands‑on Docker and Kubernetes experience.
• Strong understanding of container networking, storage, and security.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab CI, Jenkins, Argo CD).
• Experience scripting in Bash or Python for automation.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Knowledge of service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd).
• Experience with Terraform or other IaC tools.
