About the role

We are revamping the performance and reliability of our customer‑facing services. As a Full Stack Web Developer you will redesign critical paths, eliminate bottlenecks, and ensure the platform scales under load. You will work closely with product owners and QA to validate improvements and maintain a seamless user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Audit existing React front‑ends and NodeJS APIs for latency issues
• Refactor code to use async patterns, caching, and efficient data queries
• Implement monitoring and automated testing for reliability
• Collaborate with DevOps to fine‑tune deployment pipelines
• Document architectural changes and performance metrics

Must-have skills

• Strong expertise in React and NodeJS
• Deep knowledge of JavaScript performance optimization
• Hands‑on experience with MongoDB schema design and indexing
• Proven track record of improving web service reliability

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Docker and container orchestration
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
