About the role

Keystone Digital is revamping the performance and reliability of its customer‑facing services. We need a seasoned full stack web developer to redesign critical pathways, reduce latency, and ensure uptime under load.

Key responsibilities

• Audit existing front‑end and back‑end code for bottlenecks
• Refactor React components to improve rendering efficiency
• Optimize NodeJS APIs, implement caching strategies, and tune MongoDB queries
• Set up automated performance testing and monitoring pipelines
• Collaborate with QA and DevOps to enforce reliability standards

Must-have skills

• 5+ years building scalable web applications
• Deep expertise in React, NodeJS, JavaScript, and MongoDB
• Proven track record of performance tuning and reliability improvements
• Strong debugging and profiling skills

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker or Kubernetes
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and cloud monitoring services
