About the role

CoreData Systems is embarking on a performance and reliability overhaul of its customer‑facing services. We need a seasoned full stack web developer to redesign bottlenecks, improve latency, and ensure uptime across the stack.

Key responsibilities

• Audit existing React front‑ends and NodeJS APIs for performance gaps.
• Refactor critical components to use async patterns and caching strategies.
• Implement robust error handling and monitoring hooks.
• Optimize MongoDB queries and indexing for faster data retrieval.
• Write unit and integration tests to safeguard reliability.
• Collaborate with QA and DevOps to align on release pipelines.

Must-have skills

• 5+ years of full stack development with React and NodeJS.
• Deep knowledge of JavaScript performance tuning.
• Proven experience optimizing MongoDB schemas and queries.
• Ability to produce clean, documented code under tight timelines.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Docker or containerized deployments.
• Experience with CI/CD tools for automated testing.
