About the role

Summit Digital is expanding its AI capabilities within a multi‑tenant B2B platform. As a Generative AI Specialist you will own the design and delivery of a new AI‑driven "Insight Engine" module that serves multiple tenant customers, enabling on‑demand content synthesis and recommendation. The project focuses on rapid, high‑quality feature rollout within a three‑month window.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and implement the Insight Engine using LangChain and OpenAI APIs, ensuring tenant isolation.
• Develop RESTful micro‑services in Python (FastAPI) to expose generative endpoints to existing product layers.
• Integrate prompt‑tuning pipelines with CI/CD (GitHub Actions) for automated model updates.
• Collaborate with product managers to define tenant‑specific data schemas and usage quotas.
• Write comprehensive unit and integration tests using pytest and mock services.
• Document API contracts and usage guidelines for internal engineering teams.

Must-have skills

• Deep experience with large language models (GPT‑4, Claude) and prompt engineering.
• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript for backend and frontend integration.
• Strong understanding of REST API design and security best practices.
• Hands‑on with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Track record delivering multi‑tenant AI features in SaaS environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with MLOps tools such as MLflow or Kubeflow.
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) for tenant data.
