About the role

Ridgeline Software is building a unified platform that ties together billing, CRM, and internal APIs. As an Identity Access Management Specialist you will secure the new SecureSync Hub, the core module that orchestrates user provisioning across these systems. The project demands tight integration, real‑time policy enforcement, and audit‑ready logging.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement SAML and OAuth2 flows for SecureSync Hub to authenticate users from the billing system and CRM.
• Develop automated provisioning scripts using Terraform and AWS IAM to sync user roles across micro‑services.
• Configure and fine‑tune Azure AD Conditional Access policies for cross‑domain access.
• Set up centralized logging with Splunk and create real‑time alerts for privileged‑access anomalies.
• Conduct a full security review of the integration points and produce a remediation roadmap within the first six weeks.

Must-have skills

• Deep experience with SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect.
• Hands‑on with AWS IAM, Azure AD, and GCP Cloud Identity.
• Proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell) for automated provisioning.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust principles and MFA deployment.
• Ability to produce detailed audit reports and compliance documentation.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Splunk or Elastic SIEM for access monitoring.
• Experience in PCI‑DSS or SOC 2 environments.
