About the role

TechFlow Inc is launching a new product line and needs to uplift its test automation suite. The goal is to reduce regression risk before each release by building robust, maintainable automation that covers critical user flows.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement end‑to‑end test automation using Java and Spring Boot
• Create reusable microservice‑level test components for API verification
• Integrate automated tests into CI pipelines and monitor results
• Collaborate with developers to identify flaky tests and improve coverage
• Document test frameworks and provide knowledge transfer for the internal QA team

Must-have skills

• 5+ years of Java development experience
• Strong expertise with Spring Boot and building microservice architectures
• Proven track record in test automation frameworks (e.g., JUnit, TestNG, RestAssured)
• Experience integrating tests into CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions

Nice to have

• Familiarity with BDD tools like Cucumber
• Knowledge of performance testing tools
• Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure)
