About the role
Ridgeline Software is modernizing a legacy production platform that must stay live 24/7. We need a React Native Developer who can redesign the mobile experience while ensuring zero‑downtime migrations. You will work closely with backend engineers to integrate new APIs and with QA to validate seamless rollouts.
Key responsibilities
- Refactor existing React Native codebase for performance and maintainability
- Implement feature flags and blue‑green deployments to guarantee zero‑downtime
- Collaborate with DevOps to set up CI pipelines for mobile builds
- Write unit and integration tests for critical user flows
- Document migration steps and handover procedures
Must-have skills
- 5+ years building production‑grade React Native apps
- Deep knowledge of JavaScript ES6+ and async patterns
- Experience delivering Android and iOS builds through Play Store and App Store
- Familiarity with zero‑downtime deployment strategies
Nice to have
- Experience with TypeScript in React Native projects
- Knowledge of GraphQL or REST API integration
- Exposure to automated mobile testing frameworks
