About the role

Silverline Labs is revamping the performance and reliability of its customer‑facing mobile services. We need a React Native Developer to lead the overhaul, ensuring fast, stable experiences across Android and iOS devices.

Key responsibilities

• Audit existing codebase and pinpoint performance bottlenecks
• Refactor UI components for smoother rendering and lower memory usage
• Implement robust error handling and offline fallback mechanisms
• Integrate native modules to boost critical functionality
• Collaborate with QA and product teams to define reliability metrics

Must-have skills

• 5+ years building production React Native apps
• Deep knowledge of JavaScript ES6+ and async patterns
• Hands‑on experience with Android and iOS native APIs
• Proven track record improving app load time and crash rates

Nice to have

• Familiarity with performance profiling tools (Flipper, Xcode Instruments)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile builds
• Background in automated testing for React Native
