About the role

DataPro Services is launching a security hardening initiative for its cloud‑hosted applications. We need a Terraform Engineer to design, implement, and validate infrastructure‑as‑code controls that raise our security posture across AWS environments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop reusable Terraform modules that enforce encryption, least‑privilege IAM, and network segmentation.
• Integrate security checks into CI/CD pipelines using policy‑as‑code tools.
• Collaborate with security analysts to translate findings into Terraform‑based remediation.
• Perform automated testing and compliance scans on provisioned resources.
• Document module usage, versioning, and hand‑off procedures for the ops team.

Must-have skills

• Advanced Terraform expertise with module design and state management.
• Deep knowledge of AWS security services (KMS, IAM, Security Hub, GuardDuty).
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines for IaC validation.
• Strong understanding of cloud security best practices and compliance frameworks.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with OPA or Sentinel policy enforcement.
• Experience in automated vulnerability scanning tools.
