About the role

Silverline Labs is launching a rapid CI/CD and platform automation sprint to accelerate release cycles. We need a Terraform Engineer to design, implement, and fine‑tune infrastructure as code that powers our pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and codify AWS environments using Terraform modules.
• Integrate Terraform workflows with existing CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Automate provisioning of shared services (VPC, IAM, RDS) for multiple micro‑service teams.
• Implement state management strategies and enforce security best practices.
• Collaborate with developers to embed IaC checks into pull‑request pipelines.

Must-have skills

• Proven experience writing production‑grade Terraform for AWS.
• Deep understanding of CI/CD concepts and pipeline automation.
• Strong grasp of DevOps principles, version control, and infrastructure testing.
• Ability to troubleshoot Terraform plan/apply issues quickly.

Nice to have

• Experience with Terragrunt or Terraform Cloud.
• Familiarity with container orchestration (EKS, Docker).
• Knowledge of monitoring tools like CloudWatch or Prometheus.
