Terraform Engineer Needed for High-Volume Container Platform Build

About the role

Ridgeline Software is launching a security hardening initiative for its cloud‑hosted applications. We need a Terraform Engineer to design, implement, and audit infrastructure code that meets strict security baselines while supporting rapid feature delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Write reusable Terraform modules for AWS resources with built‑in security controls
• Integrate Terraform pipelines into existing CI/CD workflows
• Conduct static code analysis and enforce policy-as-code using Sentinel or OPA
• Collaborate with security and development teams to remediate findings
• Document architecture decisions and maintain state management best practices

Must-have skills

• Strong experience with Terraform on AWS
• Solid understanding of cloud security best practices
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
• Hands‑on DevOps mindset and scripting ability

Nice to have

• Experience with Sentinel, OPA, or similar policy frameworks
• Knowledge of container orchestration security (EKS, ECS)
• Familiarity with compliance standards such as CIS, PCI‑DSS
