As an Image Editing Expert at Lumina Creative Agency, you will be working closely with our team of designers, artists, and project managers to deliver high-quality image editing services to our clients. You will be responsible for editing and enhancing images for a variety of applications, including advertising, social media, and fine art. Key Responsibilities

• Utilize advanced image editing techniques to enhance and manipulate images for commercial and fine art applications
• Collaborate with designers, artists, and project managers to deliver high-quality image editing services that meet client needs and exceed expectations
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of design principles, color theory, and visual storytelling techniques
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital image editing, including software updates and new tools
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and deliver image editing services that meet their expectations
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Contribute to the development of our agency's design style and visual identity, and help to establish us as a leader in the field of digital image editing
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to share ideas and collaborate on new projects and initiatives
• Provide feedback and guidance to junior team members, and help to develop their skills and expertise in image editing

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in digital image editing, with a strong portfolio of work that demonstrates your skills and expertise
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and other image editing software, with a thorough understanding of design principles and visual storytelling techniques
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with designers, artists, and project managers
• Strong attention to detail, with a keen eye for color, composition, and overall visual appeal
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems
