In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients across different industries, from e-commerce and healthcare to finance and education. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough web research to inform digital marketing strategies
• Analyze web data and identify trends and patterns
• Provide actionable recommendations to drive business growth
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to develop and implement online marketing campaigns
• Conduct competitor research and analyze market trends
• Develop and maintain databases and spreadsheets to track web data and analytics
• Create and present reports and insights to clients and stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with the latest web research tools and technologies
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new projects and initiatives
• Collaborate with the content team to develop and publish high-quality, engaging content
• Monitor and analyze website traffic and engagement metrics
• Develop and implement A/B testing and experimentation to optimize website performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in web research and analysis
• Proficiency in web research tools and technologies, including Google Analytics and SEMrush
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with data entry and database management
• Knowledge of digital marketing principles and strategies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
