Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to our team of consultants, including preparing documents, reports, and presentations
- Handle data entry, manage our database, and perform other administrative tasks as needed
- Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure easy access to information
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments for our consultants
- Prepare and distribute meeting materials, such as agendas, minutes, and reports
- Manage and maintain our office supplies, equipment, and facilities
- Provide customer service support, responding to phone calls, emails, and other inquiries
- Develop and implement procedures to improve administrative efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with other teams to achieve company goals and objectives
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed, including special projects and assignments
- Develop and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and other documents as needed
- Provide support for special events, such as conferences, seminars, and workshops
- Develop and implement a system for tracking and managing expenses, including invoices, receipts, and reimbursements
- Provide training and support to new employees on administrative procedures and systems
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a consulting or professional services firm
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
- Customer service skills, with the ability to respond to phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Familiarity with database management systems and other administrative software applications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education or certifications in administration or a related field an asset
