Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the senior management team, including preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate meetings and events, including scheduling, catering, and arranging travel and accommodation
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases, including customer data and administrative files
- Develop and implement effective administrative processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Perform data entry tasks, including updating records and databases, and preparing reports and spreadsheets
- Collaborate with other teams to achieve business objectives, including providing administrative support and coordinating projects and initiatives
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements, including streamlining administrative tasks and improving efficiency
- Provide training and support to other team members, including providing guidance on administrative tasks and procedures
- Manage and coordinate projects, including planning, implementing, and evaluating projects and initiatives
- Prepare and submit reports, including monthly and quarterly reports, and ad-hoc reports as required
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures, including administrative tasks and customer service standards
- Participate in ongoing training and development, including attending workshops and seminars, and undertaking online courses and training programs
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on business administration or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role, including experience in customer service and data entry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Highly organized and efficient, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects and initiatives
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience with database management and record-keeping, including the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
- Exceptional customer service skills, including the ability to respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail, including the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, including providing administrative support and coordinating projects and initiatives
- Experience with data entry, including the ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
